This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of residential, commercial, and retail projects. You will play a vital part in transforming spaces from initial concept to the final, polished product, ensuring a seamless and successful project outcome. **Responsibilities** - Planning and designing residential, commercial, or retail spaces. - Developing detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications. - Sourcing and specifying furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. - Working with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into tangible design solutions. - Communicating design ideas effectively to clients and project stakeholders. - Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion. - Collaborating with architects and contractors throughout the design process. - Ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations. - Maintaining accurate records of all project documents and communication. - Staying up-to-date with current design trends and technologies. **Skills & Experience** - Proficiency in interior design principles and concepts. - Ability to plan, design, and furnish residential, commercial, or retail spaces. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D modeling software). - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Experience in client relationship management. - Fluency in Nepali, Hindi, Bengali, and English. **Qualifications** - Diploma in Interior Design. - 1-3 years of experience in a related field. - Age range: 19-25 years old. - All genders are encouraged to apply. **Compensation & Benefits** The salary range for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
